Efren Buzzo born and raised in Guanajuato Mexico. I moved to USA when I was 16 years old and now living in San Rafael CA.
My first move towards a career in fitness was to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Spinning instructor. The energy and the constant contact with people was the perfect outlet for my own natural energy and love of movement. However, my life changed one day when a friend introduced me to the Zumba® fitness program, which I realized was the perfect union of my two passions: fitness and traditional Latin dance. Since that day, my life has revolved around dance-fitness, and I have been instrumental in bringing Zumba® classes to Marin County & some regions around northern California.
