By participating in any dance, LatinMix Dance Workout, and/or MOVE. STRETCH. FLEX. class or session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Medical Clearance: You have consulted with a physician and have received medical clearance to participate in physical activity. You understand that the exercises and activities in this class may involve physical exertion and carry the risk of injury.

  2. Assumption of Risk: You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the class or session. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries that may result from using equipment, engaging in strenuous physical activity, or following instructor guidance.

  3. Release of Liability: You, your heirs, or legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Efren Buzzo or any associated entities, instructors, or affiliates for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

  4. Personal Responsibility: You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your own condition throughout the class or session and, should any unusual symptoms occur, you will cease participation and seek medical attention.

  5. Use of Equipment: You will use any provided equipment, such as resistance bands, yoga mats, and yoga belts, as instructed and will notify the instructor of any issues or concerns regarding the equipment.

  6. Participation Agreement: Your participation in the class or session indicates your acceptance of this disclaimer and your agreement to abide by the instructions provided by the instructor.

  7. Fitness Level: You confirm that you are physically fit and capable of performing the exercises and movements presented in the class or session.

  8. Confidentiality: Any personal information you provide to Efren Buzzo or associated entities will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of class administration and communication.

  • Punctuality: Arrive on time for your class or session. If you are running late, please notify the instructor in advance when possible.

  • Attire: Wear appropriate, comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Proper footwear should be worn unless otherwise specified by the instructor.

  • Participation: Engage actively and attentively in all activities. Follow the instructor's guidance and ask questions if you need clarification on any exercise or movement.

  • Health and Safety: Inform the instructor of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries before the class begins. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the session, stop immediately and notify the instructor.

  • Cleanliness: Practice good hygiene by using clean equipment and tidying up your space after the class. Wipe down any shared equipment with provided disinfectants.

  • No Disruptions: Refrain from using mobile phones or other distractions during the class. Stay focused and present to ensure a productive and enjoyable experience for all.

  • Feedback: Constructive feedback is welcome and encouraged. Share your thoughts with the instructor after the class to help improve future sessions.
