Dance-Mix (open to all)

My DanceMix (Dance Cardio) classes are held at RoCo Dance in Mill Valley, CA, every Tuesday and Friday at 9:15 AM. There are only two classes per week, so come join us!

This class is inspired by the high-energy, easy-to-follow format of my former Zumba® classes, but with my own music, choreography, and personal style. Since I’m not currently licensed to teach Zumba®, I call it Dance Fusion.

We have new participants joining all the time, so don’t feel intimidated if you’re a beginner! The class follows a repetitive, easy-to-pick-up format that makes it fun to follow along, get moving, and build confidence as you go.

Payments: Payment is made directly to RoCo Dance. You can either pay for a drop-in class or use a class card. I do not collect payment directly for these two classes.
