Functional Fitness: Has been used for centuries as one of the best ways to train the mind and body as one. In this session we will work with a dynamic warm-up, then a circuit of various different exercises followed by a burnout with reps and sets. Each exercise is meant to target different muscle groups. We have different levels of intensity here, and some other options if you want to push yourself the extra mile. 

MOVEMENT 4EVER

Static & dynamic stretching, flexibility, and mobility exercises

60-min session.

Mobility Exercise and Stretching:

This is a more passive and yet strong and effective session where we emphasize strength and mobility exercises to build stability and everyday body awareness. We then safely deepen into more challenging workouts. Ideal for those with limitations, injury recovery or just want to stretch out and improve joins mobility.  

DANCE

Cardio Dance: A fun, energetic and dynamic 45 minute session to 

improve your dance movement skills.
