The Instructors
Eric is an Afro-Brazilian dancer, choreographer, and samba coach, and the founder of Rio Ritmo Movement. A specialist in Samba no Pé and Gafieira, he brings the energy of Brazil to classes, workshops, and online sessions.
Emmex teaches contemporary and African contemporary dance, plus Zumba and Zumba Gold. If it's dance, Emmex brings it, with energy, rhythm, and an open invitation to move.
Efren Buzzo is a Zumba instructor, movement coach, and founder of the MOVE BETTER online community. He mixes dance, stretch flow, and international music, because the only way to feel better is to start moving!
