My DanceMix (Dance Cardio) classes are held at RoCo Dance in Mill Valley, CA, every Tuesday and Friday at 9:15 AM. There are only two classes per week, so come join us! This class is inspired by the high-energy, easy-to-follow format of my former Zumba® classes, but with my own music, choreography, and personal style.
